A number is only useful once someone can act on it.

I build the reporting and analysis that planning and product teams at CVC Viagens use to price and position travel products — demand, margin and performance across a portfolio of destinations. Before that I worked in Brazil–China foreign trade, where I learned that the hard part is rarely the calculation.

I am now pointing the same discipline at sustainability and ESG: measurement applied to something with a longer horizon. I hold Belgian citizenship, and I am studying Norwegian toward a move north.

Work

The internal portal all 108 CVC stores in Rio Grande do Sul use to find the exclusive blocks they sell — domestic, international, cruises, and the regional Gaúchos pelo Mundo groups. It brings the whole catalogue into one search, with origin, departure, availability and the day-by-day itinerary, and hands the seller back to the booking system. I rebuilt it because I was the one updating the old version by hand, two hours every working day; loading it is now a spreadsheet import that takes five minutes.
